Hello friends,
Today i am sharing recipe of kobi (cabbage) nu shaak .but here today i made with different style normally we gujratis chop cabbage and potato all together and we make sabji from it but today i made kofta using cabbge and potato and tasty gravy this sabji is very delicious and have its unique taste so friends try out this kobi na kofta nu shaak and give feed back in comment box
ingrdedients for kofta
200 gram cabbage
4 tbsp gram flour
1 boiled potao
2 chopped green chilly
1 tbsp ginger
salt
for gravy
5 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp cumin
1 star ful
2 cloves
1/4 tbsp asphoetida
1/4 tbsp turmeric
1 big chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp ginger
15 garlic clovews
2 green chilly
salt as per taste
water
