Your charger brick ain't charging at 45Watt, it's capped somewhere in the 15s. When the charge prompt pops up try to locate the "Ultrafast Charging 45W" text. If it's note there, then change put into another socket. Usually, it takes aroud 50 to 52 minutes to charge the phone from 0 to 100%.
