Phantom 4 battery not charging

"SOLUTION"- The problem here is that the battery voltage has dropped below that of what is acceptable by the sensors on the battery. You would either have to charge it for couple of days and see if it comes back, or open the lipo battery up and use the balance chargers to get the lipo battery voltage up to the required voltage. The battery will automaticly balance the battery to the needed voltage for each cell. Ezz pizzz or send it back if you are noob.

@@ghasforing2170 the battery cells are most likely unbalanced so they need to be balanced with lipo charger it's pretty long detail. Or take it to the store you bought it from to get it repaired. If you can solder you can do it.

Had mine do the same thing when the battery went below 20%. Took about 20-30 mins one bar flashing then the second bar flashed so it was below its normal charging capacity. And also I kept just unplugging and replugging the battery

I had this one blinking green led only, i plugged and unplugged for 3x,then i plugged it for the 4th time and waited for 3mins, then the 2nd led started to blink, and returned to its normal charging status.. Lesson Learned : Don't store your batteries below 25%, have ir maintained at 30-40% battery Juice.. after use.

I have same problem. I would believe you that another cable from wall socket helped you, but in my case the remote control seems charging pretty well

I had the same problem. All it took is to leave it plugged in. It took mine' 2 days but it worked. I woke up and I have fully charged battery. Tried flying the phantom and it gave me an almost 30 minute flight on it.

I had two batteries one completely dead one doing same as this one. Both out of warranty had them in store for more then a year so batteries were flat dead, so I opened them both plugged a lab top charger ( 12v and 5 a ) was the highest I could find, plugged my laptop charger directly to the main batteries ( two big cables you can see under the board, one red one black ) left it for 10 hours and ones I connected the charger both start charging, don’t forget to discount 5 pin socket going from the batteries to the main board before connecting it directly to any charger, the only reason I used laptop charger was because I wouldn’t mind cutting that one off instead of my DJI original charger, if you can get charger with at least 17v and 5 amps it will work better, good luck

HERE IS THE GUIDE TO FIX THE DJI PHANTOM 4 SERIES BATTERIES WHICH IS NOT CHARGING: 1. PLUG THE CHARGERINTO POWER SOURCE. 2. PLUG IN THE FAULTY BATTERY TO THE CHARGER. Nira Click Studio im having the same problem 100% like the video. I let the battery rest for 2 days with no use and still cant make it charge. Same 16 quick flash in 1st led and then off. After like a short period of time same flashes again.

I had the same problem and the only way to fix it is to return it to store and pick a new one. Cause of this is probably not using it for more than 2-5 months.
