I think once you get your replacement going with new camera your gonna say it's a pretty great drone! Good video man.

I waited 2 weeks to receive my P4Pro from the states as I am stationed in Guam. I was so excited as this was my first major drone purchase. Fresh out of the box the gimbal was malfunctioning and one of the motors was out. Sent it back. Where is the quality control. This just seems inexcusable.

I wish you would have contacted me first, usually the firmware on battery will cause that to happen. Let me know when you get your replacement.

I was scared off by all the issues with DJI products. I bought an Autel Xstar Premium and I am very happy. Their customer service is great also.

A lot of people are experiencing the same issues with all their Phantoms, Mavics and Inspires, I have just had it happen to me on my P3P. I woulder if it's something else, not the products, but something to do with the environment, some people are complaining about losing GPS signal as well.

I tried everything under the sun to fix it, no luck. I did purchase another P4P. That one is working much better for now.

I was just going to buy the Phantom 4 pro Plus and now seeing all this and a lot of people having problems mine was good to wait for it , what you think what's your recommend?

The replacement i received was much better than the first, i do agree they have a few issues. If you do buy, make sure you can return or exchange in 30 day's.

when you say places like lexus have great customer service you mean the dealer. AKA not Lexus. You should find a DJI distributor and buy from them.

Went and purchased another P4P. Sent the bad one back. Hopefully DJI can get on the program.

It's a new camera system, there's going to be teething issues , my phantom 4 pro seems good , hopefully your next drone fares better
