Just got mine a week ago. I absolutely love it !!! No electrical problems, but the rear brakes squeal. I'll try adjusting it when I get home. I installed a shock absorber seatpost and a more comfortable seat. Also got a rear flasher. I'm looking for a 36V 20A battery. It might not make it go any faster, but I'm pretty sure it will help on the hills. If you have any links or companies to get parts, I'll appreciate them very much. Amazon is pretty limited and Phantom doesn't seem to offer much more than a battery or motor under warranty. Enjoyed your video !!! Cincinnati Ohio USA

I haven't found any other companies supplying stuff.. if you are mechanically inclined you can add three lithium batteries in the basket. Wire it in series and connect to existing batteries. It should help you extend range about ten miles depending on the hills

I love mine! I've had longer handlebars it helps with the wobbling. My back brake squeaky too. My taillight with signals coming in monday

Hell yeah man, i ordered mine just this week because it was such a good sale. I live maybe a mile from my work, no stoplights but multiple stop signs and even with that small of distance that and the other driving i do easily costs me $30 or more a week in gas. This little thing is gonna save me sooo much money on gas! And you aren't kidding, that headlight looks bright as shit! I already ordered a light set because of the brakelight but im still gonna install the headlight and have crazy light and visibility! I also second your thoughts with the wires, i think im gonna use some electric tape, heat shrink, and small black zipties to tidy it up real nice 💯

I noticed the Front light if u keep it on it drains out the battery 🔋 faster i got stuck scooting it home doing my Ubereats last night very embarrassing so i fully charged it last night now i have 4 full bars

Ay bro do u still have it .? Just had an issue with mine it’s fully charged and all but like the accelerator is doing nothing no noise coming from the wheel nothing turns on and all just no spin to the back wheel and it’s fully charged any idea , ?

Depends on weight I am 245 pounds and it goes up hills but not steep hills unless you push with your leg like a stand up scooter

Any tips on balancing yourself on the scooter?

If you have ever ridden a bicycle (successfully) you can balance on this as well. Just start out slow and ride away from traffic until comfortable. I had not ridden a bike in 30 years but after about 30 mins on my scooter it was easy. Good luck and ride safe!

You can but the handle bars are a bit short

I'm 5'10" and ride it daily. The seat height is adjustable. You shouldn't have any problem

I recently ordered one as well. Do have any issues with the tire punctures and losing air. If so, is it easy to change out? Has the scooter given you any other issues? How’s the battery life?

I had my scooter put up and the battery died forgot to put it on charge. Now I can't charge it. does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I would try charging it for 8 hours uninterrupted.. if that doesn't work you will have to build a new battery bank

I found out it wasn’t the battery but where the ground wheel folds. There is a plug inside the plastic tube that came apart. Works great now
