Sir as free radicals produce in our body by natural process. But if they cause DNA damage then you call it apoptosis(arrificial death).. Accord. To me you should use nacrosis word in place of apoptosis.
@pharmacologyconcepts4 жыл бұрын
you also right but in case normal physiology it may helpful for Apoptosis (natural death) But in case Pathophysiology it may harmful and may cause necrosis
@abhisheksoni1564 жыл бұрын
@@pharmacologyconcepts Sir can you clearify the word meaning of apoptosis and necrosis . You are using opposite meanings As i know apoptosis is not natural death , apoptosis means artificial death of cell.
@pharmacologyconcepts4 жыл бұрын
I think you have a little confusion Apoptosis means Programmed cell death that occurs naturally like RBCs have 120 days of life span. But in some cases some elements like ROS increase the rate of Apoptosis But Necrosis means cell death due to some cell injury (forcefully) that is occurrs in Irreversible cell injury Both leads to cell death but in different patterns Apoptosis not affect other cell but necrosis affects others too I will share a video link pls watch
