Do you still need to walk two miles to the gates? It would be nice for them to have some people movers to help people who have special needs to get to their gates.

Make it more like Utah by adding meter lights and bumper-to-bumper traffic and you've got yourself a deal.

Get the trains first then art, SLC INT has everyone perplexed in this “project” and just wanting to catch the flights running miles from security to gates to board to miles to the single shuttle bus and self park situation

The walk from TSA to the furthest B gate right now, without using the moving sidewalks, is only 14 minutes. This new tunnel will make the longest walk now only about 8 or 9 minutes. Either way it’s not really that far, SLC is not even in the top 10 longest airport walks in the US and after the central tunnel opens it will be even shorter. Eventually a train will be installed but probably not until concourse C is built in the future. Honestly, it’s not far enough of a walk with the new tunnel to warrant a train.

Looks amazing

They extended the tunnel, 1 mile was not long enough.

Wish they would put in trains right away like at denver. Why haven't they been working on those all this time.

Denver has 3 concourses. When SLC gets a 3rd concourse, they will install a train.

I would like to see what the completed airport is going to be… somewhere in the nebulous future…. I don’t understand where this river tunnel is or where it goes to. I’m just glad the tunnel to B gates now has people movers! Whew!

I wish these people with this “grand vision” would: Be over 70 years old Be traveling with several young children Have mobility issues There was NOTHING about MORE transport for those with mobility issues challenges I made that walk with CHEMOTHERAPY INDUCED PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY (CIPN) - each step was like walking on shards of glass - AND THERE WERE NO WHEELCHAIRS OR TRAMS IN EVIDENCE

We travel with my 83 year old mother quite often, we’ve never had an issue getting a wheelchair at SLC.

Sounds like a quality-of-life issue more than an airport issue.
