To be honest they all have a thing going on for them. So the Small Stone sounds really colorfull (because it has the effect on the Bass and the Treble as well), but unfortunately it is quite noisy...and the up position on the toggle switch is useless inho. The Bad Stone does not sound as colorful, a little bit more bland, but is has that Feedback knob, which is basically a Level or Mix knob, very cool. The MXR sound most Hifi but boosts the signal a little bit (especially the higher mids), can be cool in some setups, in others not so much. To be honest I am still waiting for the perfect Phaser. Something with a tone and mix control, something that doesn't add hiss or noise, stereo please and max. 30$ haha. One can dream. But in the meantime, I'll stick with the Phase 95 ;-)

AllaboutafriendONLINE For sure, mix knobs on a phasers would be cool. I have been wanting that for a flanger too. Thanks for your opinion on these pedals. Really Interesting.

@@MadebyMiike I think TC electronic Helix phaser could be the thing for you. I own the bad stone and I really like it but I'll probably buy a helix in the future it has so many good tones available and it has a mix knob. And ofcouse why have one phaser when you can have more?

@@MadebyMiike On the MXR Micro Chorus there is a volume boost too but I have the MXR Phase 90 "EVH" and I don't think it has a volume boost. You might want to check it out. There is also the TC Helix but I would test it first because I have the TC Vortex and it is totally different from a MXR Micro Flanger. The Vortex doesn't have that analog feel. It's something else. It's stereo so you can put it after stereo delay too. Generally I prefer the MXR Micro Flanger over the TC Vortex. Although the volume boost on the micro series is something to work around.

I got on my board a Mooer liquid phase that's cool as hell. More sounds than I can use. Replaced a Boss PH-2 that when switched on dominated my sound. It's been converted to PSA 9v so maybe that had something to do with it. Or placement on my board. Either way I love so many different opinions on the Mooer pedal. And way cheaper than all of these. I got my for $47 used. Paid $90 for the Boss before covid. And it's early Japanese made. The "Good Stuff". L O L
