Centrosomes are microtubule organizing centres and essentially the spot where centrioles are. Centrioles, nobody knows what they do

A bound pair of centrioles make up a centrosome. The centrioles are the cylinders made up of 9 triplets of microtubules.

During your first overview of the difference between mitosis and meiosis (during approx. 2:35) shouldn't in Meiosis ,after the M1 stage, there be two diploid cells? This was a well done explanation of the phases of meiosis, but the speaker sounds a bit confused and doing so you confused me on some of the parts as well such the explanation of the "Interphase" the speaker drew the chromosome in the shape it would potentially be in the "Prophase1".The speaker should have explaining as it is.

Great video! These really help, although he confused the centromeres with the centrosomes a couple times in this vid. But overall a great way to learn something that can often be quite confusing to get at first! :)
