I was playing pro Farm, I was doing coop. and we've found the ghost in the attic. The way the ghost was behaving was very aggressive. The ghost killed my team-ate and I was hiding, we knew it was a demon because we've gotten all the evidence we needed, shortly after my team-mate died, I had to nope the fuck outa there, I panic dropped my flashlight tried to grab it and the camera, and move on downstairs, the demon was acting aggressively while I am escaping it was throwing stuff and slamming doors shut, while also flickering the lights. that was probably my most stress and fear-inducing game.

@@halolasomaster3900 had something similar. played solo got all the evidencd for demon but wanted all the optional rewards including photo. it wouldn't manifest, i tried everything for 10 minutes. all it would do is wiggle a doorknob. finally said "demon i command you to reveal yourself!" *BOOM* every light goes out, TV turned on for a second, every door in the hallway slams open then shut and a hunt starts. suffice to say i got the photo.

anyone else run into an issue with this map where the ghost just always runs upstairs during the hunt? was on this map with a friend and had a demon, after 2 hunts we noticed that it just beelined upstairs ignoring both of us, it got to the point where we would just sit by the front door waiting for it to stop hunting cause it just wanted to go play around upstairs instead of trying to kill us lol

I like what the dev is doing with this game, but I think they really need to change what qualifies as a ghost event, or at least clarify what they are. I have seen multiple people play this game, and I don’t know of anyone who has found a consistent way to get this objective. To me, stuff like the piano playing, or lights flickering should count. At the very least, make it so hunts will cross that objective off. It would give you a bonus for surviving a hunt, and you could purposefully trigger a hunt to get the objective if your ghost is being too shy. Some objectives can be really RNG due to how the ghost AI is behaving.

@@shwoo1299 Yeah, it's overall superb and I think the devs are definitely on the right track, but even though maintaining the mystique of the ghosts is absolutely crucial and to do that the rules need to be obfuscated (because horror games like this start to become a whole lot less scary once you know how they work), overly shy or unresponsive ghosts can end up being boring and more annoying than scary. If they gave you the third piece of evidence too easily, you'd have much less incentive to stick around, so I get why it's set up this way, but I also think Corvidae's line of thinking is right in saying that incentivizing taking risks, leading players to scare themselves, would lead to a better game. In any case, I can't wait to see all the additional unique content and details they add as development continues.

From my experience, ghost events are something that can’t be mistaken for something else. Like lights flickering could be chalked up as power fluctuations. It seems ghost events are when it manifests and you see it, or if it makes an object float.

me and a friend were on here and with our crucifixes down? He got locked in the bathroom and the little shit we had. [child] came right after me and I turned around to see he got locked into the bathroom leaving me outside. If I'm remembering it was a demon, as soon as it vanished I swung that door open yelling "Get out! Get out!" And a bit ago we came back and as we were walking towards the room next to the garage I heard it play a high note on the piano then a low note...... after a bit it got up from the bench, and I knew this from the creak.. But god damn we got out of there fast. It wanted this bunny butt. lol Also that mid note on the piano at 5:21 oh and 5:44 : DOOT! I love that the ghosts can tinker with the piano on this mission.

According to him he was already on the path to the truck but his body was on the wooden porch.
