Duration of PhD in Germany in any field is from 3 - 4 years and then it depends on you. How fast can you finish your work. You will have advantage after finishing your MS from Germany compared to students applying from their home country.

There are some universities which may accept 1 year masters but you need to check the university requirement. I do not know any student who has got a PhD position with 1 year masters. You should check university of Berlin and Hamburg. They have good finance/economics department for studies. Check their doctoral admission requirements. This varies in every university.

There is no hard core rule about a cgpa, but anything above 7 or 7.5 would increase your chances. Some universities ask for even higher than 8 or 8.5 cgpa. Basically, you need to convert it in German marking system and if your grade is below 2, then you are good to go. To give you a rough idea, if you have a cgpa of 8 or above then you are pretty much fine all over Germany.

The anabin website is a tricky one. Sometimes it does not show the university but it is there in the list somewhere. The search functions of the website do not work properly sometimes. Carefully search for it again. If your BSc marks are not good, getting a master position in Germany would be relatively difficult. But you can apply, there are chances. I would recommend applying in other European countries as well like Czech, Ireland, Italy, etc.

For getting MSc or PhD from Germany, GRE is generally not required. Many universities do not even require German language skills. You can take IELTS exam in case you need to improve your English language skills. English is super important.

Try to gain research experience by doing some internships apart from your Master thesis. Read review articles to find out what is your specific area of interest and then look for PhD positions online to see the skill requirements. Try to build up a strong research profile.

Part time work is allowed. If you want to do a side job along with PhD then the time limit has to be managed according to the labor law of Germany. This is a more complicated topic and I would rather explain it through a video. So stay tuned, I will cover this topic soon. For the PR, the rules have changed since new chancellor was elected, so I am not updated with the new rules but in short, you can't get it right after phd. You have to spend atleast 4-5 years working here and you also need german speaking skills and there is an exam about the culture and rules of germany that you need to pass in order to get the PR. But for details I will cover this in a separate video.

It's always better to learn the language. But it's not a barrier. In Ph.D., everyone speaks english, so it would be fine. I also didn't know much German, but I completed my PhD in english.

Integrated Master + Phd is not very common in Germany but I guess some universities provide it. Generally, the students who finish the masters and work with a supervisor for their master thesis. They start their PhD work with those same supervisors. It mainly, depends on the funding availability for the PhD positions.

It depends what field you are from. In STEM fields the salary is generally higher than others. In a postdoc position you get in hand approximately 3000 euros so in a company you could expect to start from 4-5k euros per month in hand, so the gross would be somewhere 6-7k euros. Again it depends on your field.

PhD after Bachelors is not really there in Germany as far as I know. You should look for positions in US. There you might find PhD positions after Bachelors. And it's better if you have a bachelors of 4 years. For 3 Year Bachelors degree, I think you would need to do 1 year MS program from abroad like US before joining a PhD.
