Hello fellow ADHDer! Totally agree with you about the concept of time and how it’s hard for us to conceptualize things. My brain just doesn’t like quarterly planning lol. I love your setup. I’m currently in a Weeks (N2 in Sterling Ink size).

Thanks for watching! And yes, quarterly planning is not good for my brain. I have found monthly goals to be more helpful but not always. And how are you liking the Weeks size? I was thinking of using that for next year!
