Dapat ang Baguio City as the Pioneer City matataas na ang mga building diyan like, Skyscrapers tulad ng BGC naunahan pa sila ng Cebu at Iloilo and Cagayan de Oro City , Tagaytay will follow next and Bacolod City Negros Occidental .. Ano nangyari sa Baguio City sana mas kapareho na kasing ganda ng BGC ...

Buildings are now limited to a certain heights. kung wala yang limit na yan, tiyak nag tataasan na mga buildings dito sa Baguio. fact: Baguio has one of the most number of midrise buildings. talo pa ang cebu and davao. sa cenu at davao kasi, pwede magtayo ng singtataas ng buildings like in Manila pero konti lang mga buildings nila.
