Phillip Anderson - Great to hear Phil. I’m currently accumulating some more property now. With rates guaranteed to go down 1. That will help asset values 2. Need to take advantage of cheap rates to accumulate these assets. The rental yield is nothing to sneeze at either. Thanks for education 👍🏼

Hi Phil, would you please help me figure out where to place the recent property drop in Sydney and Melbourne over the past 2 years, which now seems to be finished. If I’m right the graph doesn’t account for that. Or have I missed your point ? Eric
