This workout is legit no joke. Been doing it for the last 2 weeks and it gets you really fired up and sweating. I love it. Imma do it for the next 2 months and see what happens

So? How’s your progress been?
@rajjysrachid72583 жыл бұрын
@@sethu2356 6months ago I've had a torn meniscus and an LCL tear and haven't played even since. I chose this workout while i was doing my rehab to come back as a better player and yesterday i played my first pickup game just to feel how my knee would react to it and it was great. But i almost overdid, you know why? I was doing things i never done before: off-the-dribble pull up 3s, behind the back double spin cross pull up, hesi dribbles... man...it was great. I was a decent ball handler back then but yesterday i heard WOW for the first time when i scored off dribble...And mind you I'm still below 50% knee capable... Last 2 months i only had this workout(and the other one with almost the same title by phil handy) and my discipline. That's my progress. Thanks for asking brother. Thanks Phil Handy.

Thank you Coach. I'm teaching young boys, including my two sons. People have commended me so many times for how they've grown so fast. I saw your training video with the two young ladies and I saw another level. We've got a lonnnnng way to go. Your overhand cross video taught me a great deal. I think I can relay my message a little better now after watching you.
