Listening to this as I get ready for work (in Australia 🇦🇺) I have to say in all the years you have been in my life since those Oprah days, this particular lesson has shown me you are a Phenomenal person. Dr. Phil is absolutely right: many HR departments prioritize passion, desire, and demonstrated action over extensive background or experience when selecting staff. That is why immigrants often carry the "American dream" more fervently than local Americans do. Never give up to have a dream, the bigger the better.

What happens when I did not do a way out while my precious son was rebelling and I was too harsh. I wrote a letter to my precious son and asked him to forgive me. He is now selected for Green Beret. He is a champion!
