A rare clip showing Phil Kelsall at the Mighty Wurlitzer, accompanied by the rhythm of the Wersi Louvre with music for a Mayfair Quickstep.Filmed during Phil's final week at the Tower for the 2008 season, this clip proves why Phil has held his residency at the ballroom for over 30 years.
