Phil has always been weirdly good with kids. It's a clever piece of writing for his arc because of the way his dad treated him. Look how quickly he just became a father figure to Jamie, Jay, Denny and Tommy despite neither being his child and not knowing him that long at the time. There was also the way he got totally obsessed with Lexi when she was first born and how in the 2000's, someone only had to mention Ben or Louise's name and he'd either punch them or break down in tears. It's subtle but a long running aspect of Phil's character and one that makes perfect sense.

I like Phil and baby Raymond’s relationship, it’s nice to see that side of Phil. It suits him more than the gangster act he puts on majority of the time.

@@S24RYF yeah the top dog who couldn't even bring himself to kill the guy who raped his son and was willing to let him get away with it after the police dropped the charges. the guy who shit himself when his mother asked him to kill his rapist Uncle who had torn their family apart. and the guy who would have been killed by Jack Dalton had it not been for Dennis stepping up to kill him due to Phil not having the balls to kill either Dennis or Dalton. real top dog there lol I could literally do anything I wanted to Phil and his loved ones and I'd live to see another day because he's that scared of doing what a Gangster is supposed to.

Not sure about the ones in the UK, but the ones here in the States there’s actual hacks to make it so you win 99.999% of the time if you know what to do. And you can’t get into trouble for doing it and it’s not classed as che@ing. Because you’re not doing anything to tamper with the machine. My children and all their friends win so many every year (so does my husband) when they go to the boardwalk when they’re fully open for the holidays and visitors coming for vacations. They end up giving most of them away to either other children they can see that’s not won anything. Or leave them in the trunk of one of our cars so they can be donated to either hospitals, doctors surgeries and therapist offices when any of us have appointments. Or to other children that are young and living on the streets due to their parents/parent losing their home. It’s how and when you press the buttons and the order you have to use. Loads of people (adults, teens and children) here in the States know what to do when it comes to them machines.

He didn’t! Denise found a cellphone that showed what happened to Vincent (Aidan’s men recorded the whole thing) and Phil found Denise with the cellphone. She had been trying too keep Kim from finding out but then Howie showed up using Vincent’s identity including a wallet she had specially made for her husband as a gift. Kim and Denise had a big argument and Denise accidentally let it slip about Vincent and the fact Phil has got evidence. Kim then assumed Phil had done it and she got hold of the cellphone and gave it to the cops, which is what lead up to all this that happened.

@@spencerreid2086Phil found out she was making that up. It’s how Phil and Ravi became close buddy’s in jail. Ravi had friends in other jails to get information as well as pass it on. She had the burner cellphone with the video and messages that Aidan used that’s how she knew Phil didn’t order what she told him Aidan said he did. She even printed off some still shots from the video too show Phil to try and get him to turn. She never actually handed or put the actual cellphone into evidence, she kept it herself to try and use against Phil. That’s why people were all saying Phil didn’t have anything to do with Vincent’s actual passing. Phil just wanted him to get a message, same with Luke. Phil didn’t actually want them gone, Aidan decided to take them out because he wanted too especially Vincent. Vincent was an informant and he was the one who had Aidan sent to jail where Phil had met him on his previous vacation behind bars because of Ben. Aidan had been wanting payback ever since, but he couldn’t just take Vincent out without drawing attention to himself. So he waited for the right time and perfect opportunity, Phil wanting to send Vincent a message. Aidan didn’t tell Keeble anything. No matter who crossed him or why he never outed anyone to the cops because of his own personal principal’s and code!

@@StillStanding-k2h mate I know that Phil didn't actually order either Luke or Vincent's deaths he's too much of a wuss all I was saying is that I thought Aiden grassed on him to the police and tried to frame him for ordering their deaths when he really didn't. also Aiden hated Vincent because he grassed on his brother and got him sent to prison where he died and Aiden wanted revenge he didn't actually get Aiden himself put in prison.
