26 years after his death and I'm still discovering great music he made. Now that is a fucking legacy.

Phil and all the boys in Thin Lizzy were the greatest rocking band that ever played on the stage, I know this to be True Blue, Irish Blue. Phil was like a stick of Brighton Rock, he was music though and though, he could not stop making great music, he had 10,0000 brilliant ideas for more songs and the greatest stories lyrics to go with them

The guitar solo sounds like Robin George who also played lead guitar on "19".

in phil's defense, 1) it's (only) rock n' roll, 2) every songwriter falls into this little trap of repeating himself (or herself) and rewriting his/her own songs 3) if you look at the bright side, he (and/or his bandmates) wrote a completely different song over the same bass line, and how cool is that?
@Mompfried3 жыл бұрын
@@ludurigan Well, I didn't mean to blame Phil for that. Was just a little note...

I'm going to see Iron😈Maiden with the Swedish Blackmetal band Ghost opening up (7-5-17) today @ the Oakland Oracle Golden State Warrior's NBA Championship Arena in Oakland, CA; next to San Francisco here where I live! \m/\m/666👺👹💀🔮
