Phil Migliarese: Relson Gracie's First Certified American Black Belt Promotion

In 2003, Relson Gracie awarded his first Black Belt diplomas in the U.S. to:
Scott Devine
Andre Derizans
Phil Migliarese
Jeff Hudson (Jeff was awarded at the same time but was unable to attend the ceremony)
Phil became the first certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black belt in Philadelphia.
