Phil doesn't do much in the spotlight, like the rest of the boys, and he's definitely hard to get on video like this, but DAMN. He does all the way to Scotland to honor his old friend Bon, and pay his respects. what a guy, and a friend then he stops to talk to fans. What an experience that must've been! Rock on Phil! Real fans know you're the heart of the band, along with the rest of the boys!

i was in an AC/DC tribute band that played the first memorial gig in Kirriemuir for Bon Scott. called Highvoltage.... way back in 2009/2010....that was a privalige as we came from ipswich suffolk ...it was a long road to the top but we had to rock n roll

Bon was a legend no doubt. An immortal you may say. However I can't help but say that AC/DC were the only big band I can think of that successfully replaced their front man and infact enhanced the bands reputation. Think of the others Ian Curtis, passed on Joy Division, no more. Jim Morrison, passed on the Doors tried but failed misserably. Same with Lynyrd Skynyrd. R V Z no more, band still going but a shadow of their former self. Same with Michael Hutchence and INXS, Phil Lynnott and Thin Lizzy and of course Queen and Freddie M. But AC/DC went on and on. But then Bon would of wanted it that way.

Brian -- hearing shot, has had 9 operations on his ears. May or may not be able to perform again. Stevie -- no problem Cliff -- has retired. Maybe Angus can coax him out for one more shot. Phil -- Phil's a mess. Twice fired from the band, Angus may or may not take a chance with him one more time, but some bad blood there I think. Angus has sole responsibility for the band now, he wouldn't want Phil causing any more problems. Plus, not sure if Phil's legal problems would inhibit international travel. Not saying it can't happen, sure hope it does. But they're all getting on, so it'd better be sooner than later.

If the stars align, I think some sort of tour could happen, if not the usual 18-24 months one. If a new studio album is made, loyal fans will expect a tour to support it. I've read a few times that Angus wants one more kick at the can before calling it a day, but again, if something is to happen, it better happen soon before a stroke or heart attack scuttles the whole thing.
