When I lead worship, I'm not that much of a good singer and never really wanted to have a stunning voice. But after listening to Phil a couple times, he really inspires me to worship the Lord with a beautiful voice to express the power of each and everyone of God's characteristics.

I remember finding an old Phil Wickham CD and thinking it'd be some old Christian singer that wasn't that good. I put it on my computer, and heard this song. Fell completely in love. This song is so awe-striking - if that;s even a word. The lyrics, passion and meaning behind the song are brought alive by his amazing voice. God bless you Phil!!

We played this song at my church's youth group on Wednesday. That night... A Revival took place. Afterwards, ppl came up to me and asked me what song this was, i told them, and God renewed lives there that night. :D Glory be to God.

The passion in his voice.... I melt. Jesus died - God's heart was broken - for US. I know it sounds like such a repeated idea, but this song, it really blasts it at you. It sends shivers down my soul. This kind of music helps me realise our soul is as much a part of us as our body and our mind.

I just saw him Wednesday and seeing him sing this song live made it so much more emotional. In the bridge when it says "Jesus is alive..."--that really hit home for me because during the whole concert I was just praying to feel God. Phil was the only one playing at the concert and he was on acoustic guitar, but it was really awesome. (I actually liked him playing on acoustic more than the album versions of his songs.) Go see him live if you get the chance!

I've always said i was christian, but in all honesty I never felt Gods love. Until last year when I went to Soul Survivor and songs like this were played. It gave me a real sense of what the Lord was like. The guy running Soul Survivor then called the spirit down, 12,000 people waited for him to rest his gentle hands on us all. It was at that moment my life changed, I felt his love suddenly rush into my body like a breath of fresh air. I cried, fainted and woke up a new person. A friend of God.

I tend to get annoyed at worship songs-at least the ones I hear at church right now. The songs tend to focus on (us) rather than the superiority and glory of the Lord. I heard this song a few months ago and it brought tears to my eyes-not many songs can do that. The lyrics paint emotions of that day and I love it. Have tickets to the Portland, Maine concert, Phil is the opening act for Mercy Me, and I have never listened to him. Imagine I was going to go in late!! I will be there for Phil. It's amazing how even though God is the creator of the whole universe, He still wants to know us. Imagine it. THE WHOLE UNIVERSE. We're just a speck in the vast universe.
