Will you be uploading a Port Richmond hood tour soon? Looking forward to see my grandfathers old paper factory and clock tower "Sterling Paper Factory". I don’t get the point of that place. I guess it’s for people that want to live close to Center City and the hipper neighborhoods, but don’t want to actually live there and want something more suburban? Because, I don’t know? For whatever those units cost, you can get a nice place in Center City, let alone NoLibs, Fishtown, etc. or you can get something more suburban in the NW, like Chestnut Hill. Maybe there’s a real estate tax abatement? There’s an awesome private school nearby? If I was dropping that much money on real estate in Philly, that’s one of the last places I’d look at. Defeats the whole purpose of city living.

Aramingo plaza is around the corner.,TONS of stores and shopping centers 2 minutes away. Schools in walking distance too. As well as being located directly next to I95( gives them easy access to the whole city) Remember in the beginning of the video I said this is a brand new community that was made.
