What really hits home for me is what appears to be "what used to be" in the Philadelphia area. Open spaces where tracks and trains ran, now devoid of tracks and left for nothing. Really sad.

Excellent Video...actually the New (Sliverliner 5) SEPTA Cars look better with advertising on the outsides; in the future they may think of removing the large "STRIPES" because they just make the cars look unappealing. But as for their older MU'S, love them, I've been there and have rode the Silverliners, 1 through 4.

+Saxiesax 2 It depends for me. I prefer the Silverliner V's without ads, but a wrap on them can look ok.
@KevinMeno20088 жыл бұрын
Ads on Silverliner Vs are to make revenue for the agency
@Jayayess11908 жыл бұрын
+Kevin Meno True, but how many agencies put them on the outside of commuter cars other than a wrap?

@@Jayayess1190 Depends on the operator - MARC and MTA do (rail and bus services); both do *wraps* as well (as does WMATA, PGC TheBus, RTA of Central Maryland, etc.). I live in Maryland (specifically, Prince George's County, MD) which is why I am familiar with WMATA, MARC, and TheBus - RTA of Central Maryland services Marshall BWI's commuter parking lots).
