But in neighborhoods that as violent as north philly , even "good hearted" people need to play tough or get violent to survive. Its hard to quantify who is truly good or not, but compared to most upper class neighborhoods where simple survival isnt a factor, the less likely theyd be pushed over the edge to have to do bad things and get used to those things, eventually becoming "bad people". The upper class just has other options.

I know life in poorer neighbourhoods is hard. But for some reason these people always seem to have fun regardless. Just as in the poorer countries in Africa you see children imensely happy with the smallest things, playing outdoors every day with a big smile. Rich people are always miserable and always wear a fake smile. Never socialise outdoors but always indoors with a select, pretensious group of self claimed importance.. Boring dinner parties, no culture, no soul, no fun, bad relationships between parents and kids, husband who barely have sex with their wives..popping pills out of boredom and misery, having a diary because they have nothing better to do.. Money doesn’t make one happy, it’s culture and i know one race on this planet who doesn’t have any which is why they are mad at everyone else.

ETHNICITY: A social group that shares a common and distinctive culture, religion, language, or the like. Race and Ethnicity are not the same, my friend. Puerto Ricans are ethnic and made up of different races and even other cultures. I lived in PR for 12 years and met Black, White, Asian race PRs and Italian, Irish, Russian, French and Arabic PRs whose families had been living there for generations. Puerto Ricans, unlike most Americans on the mainland, don't have the racial hangup with black, white, etc. They're all Puerto Ricans and proud of it as my half Puerto Rican kids are. :)

This is the Badlands, I commented on one of your other philly videos I believe, I grew up here, it was all Puerto Rican, Dominican and Cuban when I lived there, was definitely cleaner cuz old school Latinos kept it clean and their kids who live there now just got away from the culture and things just got worse and worse, it was always crime infested but it was nicer just simply because of all the Spanish stores that sold fresh produce and Spanish homemade food for cheap prices, cultures just changed over time and the new younger crowd was worse than the last and more violent and dirty for that matter.

LA is pretty nice. An area in LA called Skid Row where all the junkies are is bad. But that has been there since the 1960s. LA and San Fran's problems are drugs... that is all. California has plenty of money. 90% of LA is very nice, very rich! The East Coast cities are way worse than the west coast... Detroit, Philly, Cleveland, Baltimore, Newark, St Louis, Memphis. Those cities are shitholes far worse than LA and it is not just because of the drugs. People tend to be very naive about LA and Cali. in general because they see Skid Row vids on KZbin. I live in La Jolla California... near LA. This video is showing you reality. Pay attention to what's really going on and where it is going down.
