That's a bit of a crazy comment. This is from 1981, and there was tons of hardcore before that, including actual hardcore and not this band that doesn't have that stereotypical hardcore sound by any means. There was even a full length hardcore LP album released well before this. The Germs - G.I. in October 1979. Not stereotypical hardcore that either, but no less so than this.

The Samples, one of the finest, still they only made two EP's, the first one is a real rare gem, the second is more common, but a musical gem.
