In March 2023, I folded a straight to an overbet shove on an board-pairing river from a seemingly tight-passive player after flatting the turn IP with the nuts, and Villain claimed he had the lower straight and thought I could not get away from trips.

I considered jamming then ultimately just called with the nfd blocker. Pot $832 with effective stacks just over $1K. River Ks. Villain shoved. I tanked and laid it down and said “Nice boat”.
