It's from epidemic sounds free music collection, basically a big library of tracks you can choose from when creating a video, sorted by genres and stuff, if music you've heard in the YT video isn't made by Kevin MacLeod it's 99% from epidemic sounds or similar royalty free service

Finally found this song by the help of someone pointing me in the right direction! Bless them because this track is- It's fantastic and it makes me feel at peace whenever I hear it. It gives the feeling of a lone person starring out the window of their spacecraft. Overlook the stars and galaxies, not completely understanding how wonderful of a position they're in. Until suddenly they close their eyes, and are given memory after memory of humanities greatest achievements. The first society, the first language ever spoken, discovery of new areas, the first unification, our first expedition under our vast seas, escape from our very own planet. Only to realize we are what we are. Only Human
