Oscar-nominated actor Philip Seymour Hoffman, known for his eclectic performances in Boogie Nights, Happiness, Magnolia, Punch-Drunk Love, Capote, The Master, and many others, once starred as a goofy sidekick best friend in the Ben Stiller/Jennifer Anniston romantic comedy “Along Came Polly.” Years later his performance has since been reexamined and beloved by fans of his, including myself.
