Someone asked the diff between Bayer and Bayern: Bayern is the German State (Bundesland) of which Munich is the capital. So Bayern Muenchen is somewhat similar to the name for the Houston Texans. I done trials in England and the big difference I noticed compared to us Irish. They wore specimens. You could feel the shoulder when use bumbed only thing was with my own team I finished training every week with bloody shins . I couldn’t tackle fellas half my size plus me and they wore calling me geezer 😂😂 mad it was

17rgm Lahm played already as DM in two games for the german NT, because of a many injured Midfielders in the team. At the WM in Brasil he could mabe play as DM, because Kheidira is long time injured and Bastian Schweinsteiger is often injured this year too. But normaly the german Team has more than enough Players for this position, while the other right german Defenders are lacking in their skills.

Yes, normally the germans always have a lot of good defensive midfielders, but I guess, as you said, if there are a lot of injuries than lahm will play there too in the german NT.

Bayern is the area that Munich is located in(southern Germany), while Bayer is a company that produces medicines etc. Bayer(the company) are located in Leverkusen and they wanted to be the main sponsor of Leverkusen when it was found. Hence the name Bayer Leverkusen.
