Aye it looks like it. FFS wake up and smell the coffee. This is a shambles and it will get worse before it gets better. It gets better when the board sell up and we get an owner in who can run this as a proper business and with the dignity the club deserves and a tight ship financially, strengthening us as we go with better decisions.

This was always going to be a painful rebuilding season. The board are at fault for their negligence over the past 6 years, not moving players when they should have. Now its all happening at once in one season and clement finds himself in the difficult positioning of having to navigate that. Any fans expecting a smooth transition need to wake up, the next couple of months might be a write off but we'll come out of this stronger providing the board actually replace the guys leaving. So far theyve giving clement 1.7m to build a whole squad with, any anger should be directed at the board not clement.

The manager talks complete sense. Even hinted that there’s new players coming in and some going out. Second half we were much better with Barron and Dessers. Lowry, McCausland, Danilo didn’t do themselves any favours. All really poor tonight.

Danilo didnt do himself any favours? Hes fresh off a career ending injury pal. Dessers played against Birmingham's under 18s second half because they subbed their entire team off and missed 6 open goal chances. We looked much worse with him up front.

It was asked. He said the 2nd half was exactly the same tactics but the players did what asks them to do and it improved. The squad is in transition right now there will be more change to come.

Club in a mess similar to the early 80s before souness. Going to be a couple of really tough seasons but the club definitely needs to go in another direction and hopefully this massive rebuild of the squad and club will pay off in the near future.

@@wmsstuff271 very difficult for clement because he’s not just trying to build a team for the future with bent to no backing but he’s also got to rebuild the club. Gerrard got time so clement should as well because we’re in just as much a mess squad wise if no worse than when Gerrard came in. Clement will need to show fans some kind of style and football though because so far under his tenure football has been brutal 90% of the time

Need a proper no9 and the midfield is very slow and negative. Balogun is going to be our best centre half again this season. How Scott wright is still our best replacement from the bench is shocking.
