When you have experienced God in all circumstance, see Him in person as Paul did in his life, you will have the same kind of contentment, It is not a mindset but actual experience of God. If we do not step out in faith, we will never know experientially.

Hi Pastor, I have an unusual question...Is there anywhere in the bible where it shows Gods sense of Humor? I ask this because I am a God fearing woman...as balanced in the Lord as I can be given my walk in Him at this time...I also have a Big sense of humor and love to laugh and make others laugh...Sinse all things come from the Lord am I to assume this comes from him and are there suttle examples of his humor anywhere in the bible...Or do you have another perspective of humor?Someone once said Humor is a coping mechanism from a demonic spirit...I had to really chew on that and I suppose that it could be if it were manic but I'm not convinced .Anyway it looks as though you dont recieve or answere questions on this format but I thought I would give it a try...God Bless!

Hi Rebecca. Pastor Paul actually loves getting questions related to the Bible. You're more than welcome to email him personally using the address: paul@ccontario.com. He's usually pretty good at getting back to people quickly. God bless you!

There are different types of laughter. When Sarah first laughed, it was not good. However, when you finish her story, you will see how her laughter changed. You should study the word laughter in the bible, there are many scriptures of God "filling us with laughter". For a faster study google the word, and look up the scriptures in the bible, it's a wonderful study.

Read the book of Jonah, Rebecca....Jonah was such a stubborn guy...refusing to go where God sent him and the consequences....moaning about his tree ...obviously it has a serious message but it really is funny. Christian Love from Norfolk UK Gilly wife of Mark

I love it when Haman was hanged instead of Mordecai,. when Joseph was dumped in a dirty well by his brothers. But he was rescued by Perfume sellers.. Lots and lots of incidents which make me laugh. Lord surely has a sense of humour. I can really visualise Him playing Chess with each one of us .

I think so,esplly when Lord use my temporal loss of vision to see it was my spiritual vision missing! To seek God with my whole heart, for Holy Spirit to dwell and SHOW me ALL things being revealed, when you seek me with your whole heart, YOU will FIND me.Jeremiah 29:13 I needed 20/20 vision in 2020! What a sense of humor! Lord shown Amos 3:7 and believe in my prophets and you will prosper 2nd Chronicles 20:20!
