The procurements of 50 MRV are more than enough, what's needed most are MRF and submarines,the AFP must focus on the Acquisition of least 3 squadron of MRF and 6 nuclear submarines.

Philippine coastguard also has 30-35 meter boats project, so rather than ordering from Ocea, better to order from the navy for commonality & for even more local production, which both also further reduce costs. Afterall, Ocea will still be chosen for additional 25m Boracay-class boats, Silang-class OPVs. Possibly considering Ocea's other designs, say, 50m as all-aluminium alternatives to Parola-class, maybe 64m or 72m OPVs

Very nice! Scale up the size of that design. Add torpedo launchers. Miniaturized Aegis array(AESA). The boat already has the sloping a structure. Let the Israeli supply it. They are good at it! Drone launch capabilities. Add short range towed array. or remote array ASW capability. Canister VLS system using 4 or eight frontal placement. Put two twin, twin mount 40MM BOFORS cannon on it, twin Indian CIWS systems. Dense -stacked replaceable lightweight armor plating. Look at the "LeArgentina". Make the boat no more than 250 feet long. + Or - 10%. Build it with built in deployable air bag system that blows out from the hull to keep it from sinking,sectionalize it. Set the speed to be 40 + knots or better. Use these in groups of three or more. Fast and distributed firepower and linked ECM/ECCM/ASW. Use them like Germany used the Wolf packs in WW2. This is just a thought.

When I served you'd see some Filipinos in the junior ranks, and by the time you got to chief or senior chief they were a large proportion, because they made a career of it. Several of the ones I served with talked about how well they were going to live when they returned to PI on their military retirements.

Dapat damihan ang mga interdiction craft para sa depensa sa ating mga isla. At kung dito gagawin sa Pinas ay pwedeng palitan ang 30 mm ng 40 mm cannon. Para pwede itong proteksyon laban sa mga landing craft at AAV sa ating inter-island defense. Ibig sabihin ay pwede ito para sa internal at external defense kasama na jan ang NLOS missile. Dapat din na padamihin ang mga OPV at ang HDC3200 para sa ating EEZ. Hindi na tayo bibili pa ng Rizal class frigate dahil mas mahina ito kaysa HDC3200 tamang tama ito sa territorial defense sa ating EEZ.At 7 o 10 submarine. At syempre 5 to 10 batteries ng Brahmos land-based anti-ship missile. At kung dito gagawin ang mga interdiction craft, ang gagawin sa hull ay bullet proof hanggang 25 mm bullet ang ilalim sa parteng nakalubog sa tubig (red paint) at gawin na multi-comprtment para mahirsp lumubog kahit na tamaan ng maraming bala. Ang itaas naman ng hull sa itaas ng tubig ay semi- bulletproof lamang para magaan ang interdiction craft (gray paint). God Bless.
