@@screamdreamer Good luck to ya ..I’m in a more of a highly regulated area …in Freeport zone. Accredited builder requirements and numerous surveys required aka CAAP requirements. I knew it would be challenging but the phil scammers and bureaucracy are very very challenging, even one of the architect/contractors was scammed for 50k for a simple accrediting process..cost 250php…welcome to the phil’s.

Are you planning to put up a cistern for rain collection or do you have enough community water supply for the pool? BTW your house is beautiful. May I know how big is your lot area?

700 sqm or around 7000 sqft.yes the cistern tank is 1000 gallons and it will be gravity feed if power goes out youll have water.pool will be filled by truck here then easily maintained.

You get an attorney, you put it in any filipinos name.then the same time of signing buying contract,have the person sign an SPA special power of attorney .It give you the power to sell ,rent the property and check comes to uou.also when pulling building perpull them in your name.also put special clause stating that the SPA cant be revoked.THIS IS THE RED TAPE OF THE LAW
