No, Philippine will never be the Ukraine 2.0, first of all, Ukrainean is slavs; second, What Russia need is land a buffer zone inbetween NATO and Itself, and Ukraine is land-neighboring to Russia that if it all goes down like hell, Russia will have to build it and poverty brews terrorists. So, Russia hold back pretty much on the striking.
