I saw this festival (actually, its 3 festivals in one! Lepa boats then seaweed then maligays!) last year and it is absolutely one of my favourites! Tawi-Tawi is awesome!

This has to be the most important description of the real people of the Philippines. Not the negative propaganda of people who have never even been. YES! There are small troubles but the majority of the people's outlook can be seen in these happy smiles. ❤ Kyle, when someone with a lovely voice is singing, don't join in please.😂😂😂

I was there!!! Finally, step my foot off Tawi-Tawi. Contrary to our preceived notion, never was there a time I felt unsafe there! I even joined locals and drink with them. I guess, it is Tawi-Tawi's silver lining- that you have to personally see it and feel the experience. Definitely coming back, btw, my birthday falls on these activities- Kamahardikaan and Agar-Agar Festival as well as the Lepa Boat Festival. A must see!

The costumes of the pageant contestants were fabulous. You've shown a lot of incredible costumes in other vlogs of yours before, but I think those were the most amazing costumes yet. I have to admit, I liked the alimango costume the best. It was kind of whimsical to me. Beware the white lady, Kulas! 😂🤣

Musukol is like welcome in Tawi-Tawian language. And mu-sukol in Bisaya which means to react on someone. And same in Hiligaynon that Hiligaynon messes with Bisaya. Wala kasabot in Hiligaynon is no pubic hair which can be really inappropriate. And they had a festival on crabs in Tawi-Tawi 🦀 Which is they get in the ocean that they sell it on the public market 🦀➡🌊🌊🌊 And they say in Tawi-Tawi in there belief in you are a sinner after you die to act really bad. Like you are going to hell. And they had there primitive music festival were they use those golden drum in instruments 🪘 And they had a festival on sea weed there they get in in the ocean 🌊🌊🌊 And they are singing Shania Twain song who was a Canadian Artist like you.
