It’s true Kulas that you inspire Filipinos to come back to the Philippines. I am one of them in fact. Because of your Philippines experience I was able to see my old experiences while I used to lived in the Philippines. And this is one of the reasons why I finally decided to retire someday in the Philippines. Thank you.

I’m enjoying these videos of your road trips on your motorcycle. You show the beauty of our countryside and the beauty of the Filipino spirit -KAPWA. It’s wonderful how well you are able to converse with the locals who, though they can speak and understand English, appreciate that you speak in either Bisaya or Tagalog, depending on the area.

Thank you, for exploring Aklan province in which the Famous Boracay Island is located.Showing also the view of every town from Malay going to Kalibo.

Malay wasn't really shown in the video. It is actually Brgy Union in Nabas. He is wrong to say it is Malay due to some error in Google Map. And the last town shown is actually BALETE not Kalibo. So it has to be NABAS to BALETE not MALAY to KALIBO.

Sinulog is based from ati-atihan, the first sinulog is held in Carmen town in northern cebu it is called Ati-atihan sa Carmen then in the 80s it adopted in Cebu City and called Sinulog, then later the one in carmen was renamed into Sinulog sa Carmen
@viethmiercuevas2716Ай бұрын
Sinolog is different from AtiAtihan... sinolog has been there for a long time... but it's mostly personal.. if you go to Sto Nino, you can still see old ladies there who will dance the sinolog in prayer for you .. ever since i can remember we go Sto Nino to line up to kiss the Sto Nino and then my parents will bring us to the old ladies and they dance the sinolog for us and sort of offering us to Sto Nino.... at night during the Fiesta.. there are people from the mountains who comes to our barangay and share the sinolog dance and we eat and have a feast with them. that tradition has long been gone .. since the mayor of Cebu made the Sinolog an official Festival.. and i even participated the first Sinolog. A lot of people mistaken it to be taken from ATiatihan since it carries the Sto Nino. the original sinolog has no smearing of black paint.. or color it was purely dance for the Sto nino.

Darn it, you just made me SUPER homesick! 😂😂😂 You literally just toured my paternal ancestry. My Lola was born in Kalibo, my Lolo was born in Dao, Antique, they settled in Iloilo, then moved down to Lutod-lutod ( which I think is now Pres. Roxas) before going to Manila. I didn't realize how modernized everything has become, which OF COURSE it shouldbe, seeing as I haven't been to Panay Island in 15-ish years. Hope you had a great time. Now if you ever tour Negros Occidental, you'll have traced my maternal ancestry as well. Be well, all my love to Therine. And lookie there, you and Kumander Daot together again! Kulang na lang si Kumar. Btw, loved your wedding videos. Que Guapo you were! Congratulations!
