When you visit Palawan and Puerto Princesa, you must sign up for a firefly tour. It's beautiful. Unfortunately, cameras aren't going to really capture just how beautiful the fireflies are, so you just have to use your imagination. You also get a crab buffet too that was decent.

Finally, that narration again! LOL. That's the reason I subscribed. I love the subtle humor. I guess you reserve that for travels.

One of the reasons you can't film it is that it makes it a bit unfair to those who actually traveled just to get there and watch it. Some people are content with just watching videos and aren't eager to travel physically. Also, it's about the privacy of the place, protection for the animals there and to not make unnecessary disturbances or interference by man with the nature. Nice video, Kyle!

+Jack Smith I must agree with you about foods. I can barely eat any of Philippine's foods. I want to try it but feel guilty to cant finish them all, so I just only eat seafood, western and Thai food over 1 week stay in Manila and Boracay.

@@nanowar1192 It's quite a shame to make it sound like you're generalizing the whole Filipino cuisine in the way you said it. Unlike yours and most other countries, the Philippines is an archipelago country. In the older times, it is basically composed of hundreds of nations with different tribes. Each region has their own cuisine. The ones which are popularly served are the ones most Filipinos have developed a taste in, making them a favorite while it may not be that nice to foreigners. What most foreign people don't know though is that there are far more region-based cuisines which aren't that popular nor advertised. This is why many local Filipinos would react negatively whenever foreigners generalize the cuisine without even visiting the countries' different regions. Perhaps it's more respectful to just say our foods aren't what you're used to, nor the ones you're looking for. Excuse my fellow men if in case some of them confronts you but in our country, it's really frowned upon to talk ill of our food. I don't know how it works in your country but hopefully this one makes you aware and hope you'd develop some cultural tactfulness.

I think there is a small community of vietnamese people taking refuge in a small island of palawan(I dont know exactly where, just search it in google) during vietnam war..so maybe these motorboats came from them or a donation from vietnam govt. to the people of palawan out of gratitude. .just maybe. haha
