Hey Philips I bought the MG9553/15 Series 9000 which doesn't come with the nose trimmer where can I buy the adapter? It's a bit weird that one of the most expensive variations of this product doesn't have it, that's a bummer since I really need it..

@Philips Thank you for answer. I was yesterday in store mg9720/90 it says serie 9000 on box, but inside is trimmer mg7745 + one blade trimmer. And if you buy it separetly mg7745 is serie7000 not 9000 so I'm confused. Next product was mg9710/90 It was similar but this was with plastic body. 7745 is metal body which is much better in hand. And 7745 has longer battery 180min vs 120min. I like your products from oled tv to whole other stuffs, but this trimmers are confusing. What is the difference between the 7000 and 9000 series models. Does the mg9553/15 fall under the 9000 series or is it the same 7000 series trimmer as in this mg9720 package? Does the newer series have a slightly stronger engine, or is it just a weaker battery and plastic body? Some series stand for 5h and some for 2-3h work on time. I was looking in mg7785 but it is not available on the Croatian market at the moment or it is an old series. The current offer on the market is very confusing, you don't have any defined series which is the latest (difference in the engine). And now I don't know if the mg9553/15 top series but only plastic body, or if I should try some kind of 7000 metal version, can I exchange attachments? Or just go for bt9810 for beard or is the same engine like mg9553? Thank you

We would like to inform you that the MG 9553/15 is the model number for the Philips All-in-One Trimmer Series 9000. Further, the Philips All-in-One Trimmer 9000 comes with a OneBlade handle and blade, but the All-in-One Trimmer Series 7000 does not come with them. The length setting for the 9000 comes with 0.2-20 mm length settings, whereas the length setting for the 7000 is 0.5-20 mm. The 9000 comes with a steel body. Also, the All-in-One 9000 comes with 20 attachments, and the 7000 comes with 15 attachments to provide a full-body grooming solution.. @@Philips so mg9553 is top class serie 9000?. But mg9720/90 in which comes mg7745(serie7000) + one blade. So all in one 9000 and 7000 are same, multigroom 7000 but in 9000 is one blade. Mg9553 is stronger then, newer model, but has plastic body and weaker battery - 120min? I can't find multigroom serie 9000 on croatian market. Bt9810 is for beard but it has same motor as body grommers mg9553 and mg7745?

my bad, I mixed up the models, the 9720/90 comes with mg7745 + one blade but all in one mg9553/15 comes with mg9551 trimmer which is 9000 series and it is metal body. i bought that one mg9553 which consists of (mg9551 + one blade qi1864) , and they look great. the build quality is great, the position in the hand as well. the battery says 120 minutes, but it doesn't matter, it's enough. 20in1 is a package with plenty of sequels for everyone. thank you very much for the answers.

I have Philips Trimmer MG7920/65 (Showerproof), What if white lubricant on trimmer motor niddle and on attachments washed or wiped of ? Will it make any issues in working if it has been removed ?

Please note that this is a protective grease; hence, we do not recommend using soapy water or any cleaning detergents, as this can remove this protective grease from the cutter and affect its performance. @@Philips But what if that grease gets removed while cleaning? Do I need to apply it again and from where do I can get that grease?

You can apply a few drops of oil to the teeth of the cutting element of your groomer. You can use the oil provided in the packaging or any other sewing machine oil. These shavers are crap! Philips uses integrated batteries on purpose to get you to buy a new shaver after 2-3 years of use. Then the whole shaver has to be thrown away. So much for environmentally friendly.
