My power flickered one day and our Hue Bridge lost its internet connection. The third indicator light just kept blinking for hours. I tried unplugging/resetting repeatedly but no luck. This video illustrates the steps that corrected my issue. Hopefully this will help someone else with a Hue Bridge that is having a connection issue. Steps below.
Sorry the video is low budget, just didn't have time for a walk thru. When I looked online, I saw several posts asking my same question but, no answers.
Steps I took:
Reboot Hue Bridge
Reboot Router
Log into Router Admin Settings (from PC, Phone, Tablet) 192.168.X.X
Locate Device on Network (list of connected devices)
Change IP address of Hue Bridge (one not in use by any other device)
Give Hue Bridge Static/Reserved (varies by router see manual)
Save/Reboot Router
Unplug Hue Ethernet Connection & Plug Into New Port on Switch/Router
