Have this trimmer & loved it. Although it died on me 2 months out of warranty. Great for traveling with a single attachment, just be aware the steel comb isn't as comfortable on body hair. And you're limited to the maximum 10mm setting. Where others have larger attachments for different lengths.

I just bought one from Walmart and it came with a nose trimmer and also says that it’s “Maintenance free: No blade oil required”! Excited to use it! Edit: Mine is the “Multigroom 9000” model.

That's true! You're limited to certain lengths unfortunately.

I just bought this model and was totally bummed to find out that there is no "0" setting. Meaning, no guard I guess. My older model had that setting and it was very useful to make hard lines on my side burns and around my goatee. Am I doing something wrong or missing an attachment?
@dex-pix9 ай бұрын
I think you're right.
@mot928 ай бұрын
What do you mean no 0 setting? Wouldn’t that just be without the guard
@mrcali688 ай бұрын
@@mot92 you can't remove the guard
@dex-pix8 ай бұрын
This razor will not get as close as other razors because there is no way to completely remove the guard--it's basically a permanent part of the device. @@mot92

@@dex-pixzero gap clippers are extremely expensive (hundreds) and made for professional barbers. You're never going to see a regular cheap consumer product going under ~0.2-0.4 With that being said the one blade 360 is pretty much perfect for most detailing and the sensitive blade for genitals

@dex-pix4 ай бұрын
You should be able to, but you can’t really change the blade. Just adjust the length beforehand and wash it afterwards.

Do you have ridiculously tiny hands or is this just the biggest girthiest shaver I've ever seen?
@dex-pix7 ай бұрын
Comparing to my other Philips and it's about the same size. Perhaps the cylinder design makes it look a little bigger because it's doesn't narrow at the bottom. Seems like a standard size to me.

Its really not. It's underpowered and can't really handle longer or thicker hair. I have a dedicated beard trimmer (older phillips model) and the one blade pro, and the one blade takes much longer and many more passes to get my beard cut down and to a length that I want. It also leaves my beard uneven and I have to keep going over it. I often use the dedicated trimmer to get to the length I want, then use the one blade to fade and line the beard, then shave my neck and cheeks (but even that I use a shaver instead when I can be bothered). Lining and shaving are what the one blade is actually good at, as well as shaving body hair. Unless you have a short beard, in that case the one blade should be good enough. Also having to keep paying for new blades, it just makes the one blade infinity more expensive than this product or the multigroom series, both much better products.
