I have a ten year old philips respionics with a very low use. I bought a new battery but have now have a yellow triangle with a wave symbol. I either need a service manual and parts to fix this. I tried to fill out a service request but no answer. the pharmacy we bought from stopped selling this so won't help.

A yellow triangle with a wave symbol, usually means the device has a general malfunction and is no longer operating properly, so it might shut down depending on the severity of the alarm. Currently, your device seem to have passed the warranty date and the SimplyGo Mini distribution has been discontinued since January 2024. We strongly recommend reaching out to your home care provider, so they can advise an additional source of oxygen for you. Hope this information helps

When charging, I want to check the battery is fully changed or not but I have to turn on the oxygen...can I check the percentage it without turn on the power ? How?

Hi Diyanah, Thanks for sharing your question with us. Yes, you can check the percentage of the battery by taking it out of the machine and pressing the black buttons. The battery shows its charge by the amount of LEDs that illuminate. 4 LEDs indicate a full battery and 1 LED that's blinking 3 times shows a battery that's less than 10% full. Each solid LED light increments the battery with 25%. We hope this answers your query, feel free to message us if you have any more questions.

This machine cost me 2500 and I've had it replaced threw times because it gets really hot and doesn't last 30 mins it now sits on the floor what a waste of alot of money don't buy this

When you say it "doesn't last 30 mins", do you mean it shuts off by itself? Do you have the cooling vents near the bottom blocked with tape or something? Has Respironics replaced it three times, and has the company said what was wrong with it?

The carrying case is made of foam which allows the unit to get too hot I am not happy with this unit at all all
