Do oxygen concentrator supposed have oxygen all the time.
@Oxygenconcentratorstore Жыл бұрын
Yes, oxygen concentrators are designed to provide a continuous supply of oxygen. The unit does not store oxygen when it's turned off, like an oxygen tank.

So if I use it overnight I should let the battery drain while I sleep?
@Oxygenconcentratorstore4 жыл бұрын
It's ok to keep the device plugged in for overnight usage. If the SimplyGo Mini device will not be used for a long period of time, remove the battery from the device.

Where do I find the trouble shooting for the resperonics simply go mini? There is an orange box that comes on after running the mini for 20 mins-- What is this and how do we correct this???
@davedaniels4 жыл бұрын
Mine also. It says switch to alternate oxygen source.
@Oxygenconcentratorstore4 жыл бұрын
You can find the user manual here: www.oxygenconcentratorstore.com/portable-oxygen-concentrator-manuals/ Perform a hard reset to troubleshoot. Turn off the unit, remove the power cable, remove the battery and let it sit for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, plug the power cable in and turn on the unit without battery. If the error is gone then use the machine normally with battery. Otherwise, contact your equipment provider.

I have been using the simply go mini since last year April as I have Scleroderma and Interstitial lung disease. Of late I feel the bolus of oxygen on inhalation isn't strong enough as the saturation is low on the pulse oximeter even after using for a while. Do I need to take it for cleaning it's internal filters? Also how often does it need to be cleaned internally by the service center? Please help
@Oxygenconcentratorstore4 жыл бұрын
What was the last time you got your device serviced? The sieve beds needs to be replaced every 12-15 months by service center. The sieve beds filter the air to produce medical grade oxygen. They need to be replaced when the device alerts you, in order to maintain high oxygen purity levels.

Does it have a internal filter that needs to be changed or cleaned
@Oxygenconcentratorstore4 жыл бұрын
If the internal sieve beds need to be changed, the device will show an alert. You need to contact your equipment provider for repairs. There are no user-accessible internal filters in the SimplyGo Mini that require cleaning.

"corrective action required" error (comes up with the big triangle) causing machine to turn off. What could be the reason?
@Oxygenconcentratorstore2 жыл бұрын
There could be multiple reasons for that alert, please refer to your user's manual.

got a new one today he set it up to charge and left I moved it off the chair and to the floor then it stopped charging after an hour now it just shows a yellow box and nothing else what happened?

There may be an issue with the power supply or the outlet you're using to charge the concentrator. Try plugging it into a different outlet to see if it starts charging again.

My Simply Go portable oxygen concentrator alarm is driving us crazy! When I am ready to go to spleen for the night I turn on my simply go which is connected to my ASV APNEA machine and the Simply go functions fine for about 20-30 minutes then the alarm stars it’s annoying beeps. I can silence the alarm and my unit works just fine for the rest of the night. What is the alarm trying to tell me? Has anyone had a similar issue to mine and if so how was it resolved?
@Oxygenconcentratorstore3 жыл бұрын
Please provide more information on the alert. What color light do you see? Is it steady or flashing? Is there any message or alert symbol on the screen?

Ensure that the battery is installed properly, sometimes that's the culprit.

I personally DO NOT recommend philips simply go mini oxygen concentrator to anyone. I have been using this device close 2 years but have been getting trouble with it every 2-3months and service center does not help you since they are always out of spares. I have been getting the orange error messages every 4months from the time of purchase. This device costs a huge amount and there is no good service or replacement even it is in warranty period.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand how frustrating that could be. Rest assured that's an uncommon occurrence.
