Phillipsburg Mall - The Final Months

This is my video of the Phillipsburg Mall from January 26, 2020. This is to my knowledge the last footage of this mall as it was still in operation. When I filmed this video, the mall was around 5% occupancy - not good at all. This mall finally closed when it was forced to because of Coronavirus, sometime around March 15, 2020.

This was one of my favorite malls. I worked at KB Toys in that mall. Also did a lot of sports card memorabilia shows there also. Great times traveling 35 minutes from Emmaus PA.

OMG, you worked there? I remember myself going in there as a kid up until that location closed. When did the one in this mall close? If I recall correctly it was around 2004/05. I then remember going to the one in the Palmer Mall up until that one and the rest of the chain closed in early 2009

Here’s a option that maybe after they do demolition just wondering if maybe they can build a new Walmart on the property next to Kolhs as it can be two stores in one area along with the other restaurants as the place where Walmart is can be a new hotel as that can be a safer stay area solo as the other hotel may not have enough rooms then can go to another place as that would be a solution that could work out. Across the street from Kolhs can be a car wash.
