Warning on the pot holders/hot pads: if they are made of acrylic yarn, they could melt. Be sure to ask when you buy them. They should be made of wool or cotton. But love that you are appreciating crochet,.

I feel sorry for people that they don't realize they have something valuable and only get $5 for it. It feels like a scam. Especially when I can see they are poor, or even unaware of internet comping. In this economy, it could be the difference in them having groceries or not.

@PhillyPhlipper I am referring to not just this one yard sale. It is something I have noticed through many videos. I am not saying it is something that resellers seek to do, but at times, it does appear to be taking advantage of some people. It reminds me of pawn shops. Different, but it does take advantage of some people. I don't mean to be offensive. For example, the lady that was crocheting pot holders. She needs money, or she wouldn't be putting in all the time and work to make those and sell them in a yardsale. Why not occasionally help someone like her by sharing how much money you made from her goods and teach her how she can sell them? If she is too old to be tech savvy, speak with a younger family member of hers. Give a helping hand to those who could use it. It looked like they lived in a trailer, and extra money really could help them.
