I live in the North of England although i am not from the North of England Philomeana reflects the education level of many of the people in the town i live in . I even know one woman who speaks just like Philomeana .

You are correct. The education level is great and Cunk reflects and represents the superior intellect of the north. If you go further north into Scotland you pretty much will only meet very clever people.
