Thanks for all you do with these episodes. I work in construction .. well we are like handymen and get new built apartment homes ready so they can go on the market. And I have a lot of time alone where I can listen to lectures or podcast. And bro your channel is amazing. I got into Jordan Peterson but after listening to all his lectures multiple times and not much new content benign posted I ended up finding your channel and I love it. People at work look at me like wth is this Mexican listening to. A lot of the project managers will say stuff like “ I’ve never seen anyone who works in this listening to the type of stuff you do, your smart you should be in school” I usually tell them that I wasted my life on drugs and crime and I’m barely getting my life together. Which is true..I’m on this awesome intellectual journey and I just want to thank you for being a major contributor. Keep up the amazing stuff bro!!

@@laraibkhan8386 This is kind of an important point.... It's definitely possible to disagree with people about something but have a really insightful conversation about another. I don't think humans could have friends or conversations if they had to agree on absolutely everything. I agree that Peterson has some radical views that are very worth scrutinizing but it's undeniable that some of his work is highly valuable to a lot of people, as well as very interesting.

Going to college has very little to do with luck. First, you need the desire, then the will. These are paramount. Grants and scholarships, part-time work, loans are available. Even tuition-free colleges and universities are available today. At the risk of sounding condescending, immigrants (esp from Eastern Europe) know this almost instinctively. They see the opportunities and can hardly believe their eyes. That's why America is still great!

Being born in the right country is not luck, neither is in the right time or with the mental capacity required? Those are the ultimate factors which are purely luck based from an individual perspective.
