Nobody must feel that chanting any Hindu Mantra will lead to conversion.We Hindus do not believe in conversion-just train yourself to become a kind and better human being!All the best from India!

Chanting mantra is important for getting converted into Sri Vaishnavism(Pancha Samskara/Samashrayana) or any of the Hindu sect. And Hinduism does have conversion

The AUM (OM) when chantet has to resonate and vibrate in your body , one will notice its power. Fun fact the sound of OM is noticed to be very similar to the sound of the universe also the sound coming from a black hole which was observed by NASA as well .

Just thought that the chanting intonation was very similar to tibetan and other mountain version of Buddhism I have heard from the north east. It is beautifully different.

All of this is good. If someone thinks beer in one hand is bad they should also comment on bhang and charas of sadhus which we accept without question. Som ras is also happily forgotten by bigots here. It was the nectar of the gods.

Misguided see bjhang n Charas. Find out about Somras from mahabharata where it is said somras has to be fermented before mixing with milk and made only on full moon so it’s not toxic material know before you say.

Sorry to say instead of solving puzzle to u are presenting a puzzle Srimad Bhagwat Geeta is difficult to understand for many it's not whether to kill or not but it is killing for wht you are mixing everything up just Focus on Mahabharata you will get Bhagwat Geeta spoken by Sri Krishna Geeta was presented in the battle field to Arjuna.

Sad to see you wasted time of these people who came looking for knowledge. Just read the actual simple words said in Gita at home, think about it. By the end of second chapter you woul already know the answers. Most difficult part is putting it in practice. Example: 2.47 yes he said don't focus on results of actions. 2.48 he immediately tells you how, you can do it by removing attachment to those actions and just doing it.

@@JonDallasJr first things first , Vedas are very easily dated at the very least to1500-1750 Bc, but in the last 10 years the extensive research on river Saraswathi's paleo channel suggests the dates between 1900-2750 bc. Going by astrological observations in the vedas 13000bc is the date proposed. Secondly Mahabharata war is by means (geological, astronomical , hydrological , theological ) is said to have happened in the year 5575 Bc . Liked your 4 part video....but, sorry, being a Hindu, it is a bit cringy to see the chanting session here :)...the crowd didn't seem prepared for this.... many Hindus are uncomfortable with ISKON in India because they proselytize quite aggressively...if you understand the pluralism in Hinduism you will know what I mean.

Whilst the meditation was good it's quite rude to say Download illegally the Bhagavad-Gita when you can order a HARD COPY ONLINE in Iskon, get from any hindu temples or amazon or eBay. That's v cheap n rude of presenter (having made his money from doing these courses but chooses to milk Hinduism, but not give back what he gets from his source of income and his typical backward ancestor mentality of exploitation of use and abuse) n the when Bhagavad-Gita is normal price like any books n time and energy is spent by Sri prabhupada translating English different versions. Does he say get cheap illegal copy of bible downloaded online ??!! I rather doubt it. V sad.

A very poor attempt to to explain Srimad Bhagavad Gita in the four videos. To give a lecture or seminar on any Indian teaching or Philosophy one has to have vast knowledge on the subject to dissect the meanings as the philosophy is very deep .

The moment he brought in ISKON I lost all respect and interest. ISKON are like the Jehovah Witness. Their evangelical nature is sickening. This is my view. Biased perhaps as I identify as Shaivite. I did not know I was a Shaivite until I attended an ISKON organised Katha. Man, my blood boiled when they spoke in demeaning manner on my Shambhu.

Jumped to Krishna, a man without morals claimed to encourage Arjun and personally assisted the Pandavas to mass murder their cousins, 100 Kauravas to steal the family inheritance for the Pandavas. !00 Kaurava brothers are claimed to be the son of blind Dhritarashtra and Gandhari. Statistically and biologically absurd and a LIE. It is also claimed that Bhagwat Geeta is the printed version of his verbal discourse during the battle of Mahabharatha. It was printed from recollection after many generations over few centuries as both Krishna and Arjun died without leaving anything in writing. You can judge for yourself its accuracy and reliability. Mahabharatha is a mythical epic created from legends to exploit poorly informed and educated Hindu masses. Good Luck.

Iskcon movement was particularly for the west cause overall eastern philosophies are deeply rooted in people here in India or the subcontinent and most of us have bigger picture of what God is? What is right or wrong? What is purpose of life? Iskcon movement was to spread knowledge of this teachings to the mass and make it easier for a layman to understand.

Not impressed by his knowledge..he seems new to it..he couldn't pronounce the words bhakti bhakt not even close and lacked information about the text.. didn't answer their questions..must hv made the people their unappreciative about Hinduism.. there should be better and more insightful teachers
