I remember watching Miss Kay and Phil renewing their vows in an episode of Duck Dynasty and Miss Kay saying to Phil, "And when you weren't so nice." I thought to myself, when wasn't Phil nice? I read every book written by the family and I couldn't believe all the trials and tribulations you all have experienced. Phil, you are nice now. You have been Saved. You are a good man. Blew my mind to hear Jase talk about why do we call it the Bible. My Dad who wrote a book on how far we’ve gotten from the way it should be. We’ve lost the essence of who Jesus is. My dad passed away in 2016 He left this world with all faith and thankful. Only to say his suffering pailed in comparison to what Jesus suffered. He did through study of the word realize the feast days and what man did to destort Gods word. Before he left this world he told us the Bible should be renamed Gods Holy word and his true story. Jase said it and I was just impacted. Had to comment. My dad was as passionate about the Lord as all these awesome Robertsons. Thankful for it. And so thankful for this awesome family of believers spreading the love of Jesus!!

God's desire is for us to love everyone, and it does not seem like it is being done. Sometimes it is seen. I think it is shown when ordinary individuals jump into action when a strangers life is in danger because of an accident. Auto accidents are the most common, but other types of accidents have shown how strangers will save a stranger. I believe it is the spirit within all of us.

Jesus has forgiven Phil. And the Bible says that He remembers his sins no more. That being said, could Phil’s family please let him up and stop reminding him of his past in every podcast or encounter they have with him? What a difficult road Phil has to walk! No wonder he seems still so ashamed of his past. It grieves my heart. Please let him walk in the liberty and freedom that Christ died to give him. He doesn’t need to be reminded that he was a “rank heathen” any more than everyone else does. So please let him now stand on what he has accomplished post-Christ.
