Who should pay one term Appartment tax .Is it Land Owner,Builder or Individual Appartment Owners?. one term building tax and Labour tax is Still pending in village Office.We are in trouble. Please give us correct answer.

Its usually paid by the builder and he collect it from the buyer along with total price of flat. However you have to pay the same to the village if the builder failed to pay. You can collect it from the builder if you have specific clause in your agreement.

Entire structure of flat is built as per the approved plan and completion certificate already issued. So any changes in the existing structure can be done only after getting approval from Corporation.

Sir, i have a doubt, if we are buying a flat, means it is a concrete building above a plot. We are buying means we have getting equally ownership of the plot. My doubt is how many years this concrete building will withstand.? Is there any demolitions period in time being is defined as per housing rules.?

Sir എനിക്ക് ഒരു സംശയം ഉണ്ട് 2013 ൽ ഞാൻ ഒരു falt വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു 2022 Oct 1 ഇന്ന് വരെയും flat handing over ചെയ്തത് തന്നിട്ടില്ല flat ownersഎല്ലാവരും കൂടി ഒരു അസോസിയേഷൻ form ചെയ്ത് അത് രജിസ്റ്റ്ർ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു അവർ നിങ്ങൾ തന്നെയാണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ കാരണമാണ് ചെയ്തത് Builders പറഞ്ഞ പല ജോലികളും ഇനിയും ചെയ്തു തന്നിട്ടില്ല ഇപ്പോൾ Builders തീരെ ഇവിടെയുള്ള ഒരു കാര്യവും ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല ഒരു വർഷത്തോളമായി ഇവിടെ electricity bill security, cleaning ഇതിനൊക്കെ വരുന്ന ചിലവ് flat owners പിരിവ് എടുത്താണ് നടത്തുന്നത് Rera യിൽ കേസ് കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ 2016 ശേഷം വന്ന Buildings നെ പറ്റുകയുള്ളു എന്നും ഇത് 2013 ൽ വന്ന Building അല്ലേ അത് കൊണ്ട് പറ്റില്ല എന്നുമാണ് പറയുന്നത് അത് ശരിയാണോ land ഇന്നും അസോസിയേഷന്റെ പേർക്ക് ആയിട്ടില്ല അത് Builders അസോസിയേഷന്റെ പേർക്ക് ചെയ്തു തരേണ്ടതല്ലേ 33 വർഷം ത്തിന് Builders ന് പാട്ടത്തിന് കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുകയാണ് എന്നാണ് അറിയുന്നത് Builders നോട് അതിനെ കുറിച്ച് ചോദിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒന്നും പറയുന്നില്ല land അവസാനം Iand owner കൈവശം തന്നെ ക്ക് പോകുമോ സാർ വിശദമായി ഒന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു തരണേ ഞാൻ ഇന്നാണ് സാറിന്റെ video കണ്ടത്
